If arranging the visit on the guest's behalf, use their contact details already provided for the booking, rather than the assistant's details. Sending this confirmation request is the final step in the reservation flow; viewing availability alone does not request a table. Include only the booking details and the guest's contact information. A reservation is confirmed only after a reply from reservations.
